Building Community in Company

What is a community within the company? In the community, people are very concerned about inter-fellows. In this community everyone help each other. So in the corporate community is the establishment of conditions in which employees care about each other and helping each other among the employees.

Not every company is able to realize such a community, but there are enough companies in Indonesia, where in the company's existing communities in particular. Members within a community has a strong emotional bond. Or not rare company values embodied in the values shown by these communities.
