Mobile Phone Insurance

It had the old style 1950s telephone handset on top of it. It was the first truly mobile phone. Those handsets were temperamental and had a tendency to fall over because they were top heavy. I just accepted it then and was careful, especially as at the time I did not know anything about mobile phone insurance.

Just recently, I had a call from my mobile phone provider asking whether I wanted to upgrade my phone. Evidently I had reached the end of the stipulated contract period and therefore I could upgrade my phone, albeit at the expense of committing to another contract. They asked which phone I wanted. The thought of walking around with £500 worth of handset worried me. Anyway, the salesman, who looked about 18, tried selling me some mobile phone insurance as an add-on to the contract.

One of those time immemorial arguments between men and women is the one about handbags! We all went through the `bum bag` era, then we progressed to the shoulder bag and now we have men walking around with what can only be loosely described as knapsacks on their backs. No, it is the nagging problem that the handbag is a very practical item when it comes to carrying things.

However, the tables are gradually turning, because the handbag has, in recent years, become the target for that most pernicious of felons, the snatch artist. More and more desperate thieves are resorting to mugging victims to steal their phones. Here are some startling figures that point out the reasons behind the need firstly, for taking sensible precautions, and secondly, to make sure that if you are a victim, you make sure that you have adequate mobile phone insurance.

Muggings for mobile phones have risen by around 45% in recent years. One of the main reasons for this increase is the increased value of the phones themselves. Most importantly, make sure that all handsets are covered my mobile phone insurance.

Broker's Knowledge

A broker acts as a middleman between a client (that will be you, totally overwhelmed by the daunting world of insurance) and insurance or medical aid companies (the companies waiting for innocent victims such as yourself).

With all the different insurance and medical companies bombarding you with information, deciding on an insurance company and product can be quite testing! A broker needs to listen to their clients so that they have a clear understanding on the client's requirements. Some brokers only deal with short term insurance, whereas others can also assist you with life insurance. Some brokers might know nothing about business insurance, but everything about medical aids. It is important that your broker specializes in the specific products you require. If you are looking for short term insurance, it might be disastrous if your broker only handles life insurance! Some brokers can assist you with anything from business and home insurance to car insurance and medical aids!

Are you an independent broker? A broker might be connected with more than one insurance firm. If a broker only works for a specific insurance firm, he/she will obviously try to force that company's products onto you. Not all brokers are as qualified as we might think.

It is reassuring if your broker had at least some kind of formal training. You'd assume that because brokers work with money and policies on a daily basis, they'd all have formal training. Would you not be so much more comfortable if your broker had proper financial training?

Make sure that your broker is part of a professional and reliable firm. If the broker works for himself/herself, a good track record is extremely important.

What if I want to cancel my policy? It is important that a broker keeps in touch! If there are any changes to your policy or maybe exciting new products on the market, your broker should inform you immediately.

It is important that brokers communicate with their clients! If your broker is hesitant if you ask if you can contact one or two of their clients, they might be hiding something.

If other clients are satisfied with the broker's services, you can rest assure that you will also be taken properly care of. If the broker refuses, take your running shoes and get out of there!

Brokers are there to make our lives easier - by choosing the perfect broker for your requirements, your insurance will be smooth sailing from now on!

A Broker Won't Make You Broke!

I cannot imagine my life without my broker! Having a broker is so convenient that I can't grasp why some people are still hesitant to make use of a broker's services.

A broker is appointed to look after the interests of their clients and, based on their needs and requirements, offer them advice in choosing the best products and services. The broker therefore acts as middleman between their clients and the companies wanting the clients' money.

Brokers specialize in different areas of insurance and other important products. Some brokers will focus only on short time insurance; where other brokers will cover the whole spectrum from medical aids straight through to life insurance and retirement annuities. Brokers will be able to suggest the best medical aid and medical aid option, based on your needs and requirements.

The insurance and medical aid companies reward the brokers with commissions and incentives, but this is not added to your premium! Brokers also handle most of the paperwork on the client's behalf. Brokers are there to make your life easier!

Affordable Car Insurance Quote

There are three basic ways of getting an affordable car insurance quote. These are to buy the least expensive to repair car that you can, to take all the options that you can that would normally reduce your premium, and finally to compare quotes from a number of auto insurers and then negotiate the best low cost car insurance quote you can.

First the car. You might not be purchasing a new car., but if you are you should consider whether you can get a cheap car insurance quote when purchasing it. Is the car foreign?Because if so, the parts are going to cost a lot more than for a domestic car. The most affordable quotes depend on the options you choose when arranging the details of your cover.

Nowadays as people have less time they take the help of internet to get affordable car insurance quotes. It is so quick and save time and energy and helps you in solving the problem of getting affordable car insurance quotes. Go for higher deductibles as it will make your insurance premium more affordable.

Make it a point to insure with the same company where your other insurance policies are insured to get the discount and make your car insurance quotes more affordable.

Secondly, the cheapest car insurance can be negotiated if you have a good driving record, so if you have had a record of no claims for at least three years you can negotiate a very affordable quote. You can get auto cheap insurance if your car is safe to drive.

Affordable Car Insurance Rate

If you are seeking car insurance, probably the most affordable car insurance rate can be found online. There are better ways, and the best of that is to seek your auto insurance online. The difference makes a difference, if you know what I mean. What you are looking for are companies that offer quotes from a number of different auto insurers. You will then be asked for deductible, and make that as high as you can afford if you want a cheap auto insurance rate.

The most affordable rates at the time you buy it might cost you dearly if you opt for too high a deductible. In the USA, most states have minimum cover for such variables as uninsured drivers cover that covers you if you are hit by an uninsured driver.

Car insurance companies have their own insurance rates according to the place and the type of car you want to insure. Considering the economic situation currently where everyone is complaining about higher costs of living, it would only make sense if you found an affordable car insurance rate for your car. One way of making your insurance rate affordable is trying to reduce the costs. The type of car you have will determine whether you get an affordable car insurance rate or not because different car models are considered differently as some are expensive and some are cheap. Apart from the car model, the age of the car and its condition will bring a difference in the rates of insurance given.

An easy way to get affordable or cheap car insurance is to take all your insurances out with the same company. Your car, your partner's car and your home insurance. That is sure to get you a lower rate car insurance, and if you are female then you can negotiate a cheap ins policy for woman if you have a good driver's record.

Car Insurance Companies

People who own and drive collector cars have different needs for their collector car insurance than they have for their cars that are driven every day. A company that specializes in collector auto insurance has several key benefits to offer the collectible car owner.

Most classic car insurance companies are also somewhat selective in who they will insure. These two factors allow the classic car insurance company to charge much lower premiums than conventional insurance companies, because they know that the collector's car is less likely to be in an accident.

Agreed Value Coverage - Most classic car insurance companies offer an Agreed Value policy, which means that you come to an agreement with the insurance company on what your vehicle is worth before the policy is written. Very few conventional insurance companies offer a true "Agreed Value" policy. Many antique car insurance companies will allow you to take your car to a specialty repair shop, and they will pay what it costs to have the car repaired the right way by a craftsman that is skilled in restoration work.

Perks and Special Situations - Some collector car insurance companies offer many other types of benefits, such as coverage for spare parts, memorabilia, tools, car trailers, coverage for overseas transport, etc. All in all, specialty collector car insurance companies have a lot of advantages for the classic car owner.

Getting the Best Best Car Insurance Company

Your demands on car insurance are provided by several companies. Experienced company is a company that indicates a strong financial factors to pay insurance claims, and would assuredly stand by its promises.

For the same coverage, insurance rates can be dissimilar from one company to another. You may select a company with the cheapest rates. If you want to appraise insurance companies to decide the best car insurance company, you can check Department of Insurance website in your state option. The insurance Commissioner has list licensed agents and companies and each company complaint ratio. So you have to check car insurance ratings from many companies. Whenever you prefer to select the best car insurance company, you are able to conceive insurance companies which have the monthly, quarterly and annual premium is higher. Several insurance companies own a high price for their insurance.

Home Insurance

Home insurance is a general term for two different insurance products. Buildings insurance to protect your property's construction and home contents insurance to protect your moveable household objects and valuables.

Cut the risk and cut the premium

So to cut the cost, cut the risk to the insurance company and you'll be rewarded with a lower premium. Most insurance companies will give you up to 10% off your contents insurance if you have these kind of locks fitted.

Increased policy excess. Some insurers offer discounts if you live in a neighbourhood watch area; however this is becoming less common.

Just like your car insurance; a record of no previous claims will reduce your premium substantially. o Occasionally applying to your existing insurer as a new customer can reduce your premiums. Before you carry out any security improvements to your home, always check with your home insurance company first. Only pay for the home insurance you need

Buildings insurance covers the re-build cost of your property not its market value. Home contents insurance covers almost everything else you would take with you if you moved house. Consider separate buildings & contents insurance

If you need both buildings and contents insurance, get quotes for separate policies for maximum potential savings. Shop around for home insurance

Firstly, don't simply opt for the home insurance supplied by your mortgage lender. The best insurance websites compare dozens of brokers and home insurance companies in minutes. o If after all that the insurer won't cut the premium, ask them to throw in some extra cover to sweeten the deal or move on to the next home insurance company.

Home owners insurance rates vary widely based on your geographic location. Knowing Your Policy Is VERY Important
Coverage for Property and Possessions
Liability Coverage
Additional Living Expenses
Coverage for Property and Possessions
Ideally, a homeowner should buy enough insurance to completely rebuild the home, known as replacement value. Replacement cost policies, which may pay over the policy limit to rebuild the home, may be available from your insurer.
Coverage for personal property is different. Most policies provide actual cash value coverage for contents which includes depreciation, or full value contents without depreciation. Unlike full value contents coverage, which would essentially provide a new television set, actual cash value coverage allows the insurance company to calculate the useful life of the item and then depreciate the item to present value. A homeowner may want to consider replacement cost coverage to be sure that the contents are adequately insured.
Virtually all policies cover contents loss up to the policy limit for items that include furniture, clothing, toys, accessories such as lamps and other items which are used for decor. For more information on home owners insurance visit our specialist site below.
Home Owners Liability Coverage
Liability insurance is very important to a homeowner's coverage because it helps protect the owner and the family from financial disaster if someone files a claim against the homeowner's policy, sues the homeowner or if the courts hold the homeowner legally responsible for someone else's injury or property damage. For more information on home owners insurance visit our specialist site below.
Talk with your agent and/or your insurance company for details.
For more information and rates on home owners insurance visit our specialist site below.
Read the policy carefully. Understanding your home owners insurance policy is best handled before a claim is made. Save Money On Your Home owners Insurance
What should a prospective homeowners policy holder think about when assessing which policy to obtain? Deductibles are the amount of money the homeowner pays toward a loss before the insurance company starts to pay according to the terms of the policy. Deductibles on homeowners policies typically start at $250. Buy home and auto policies from the same insurer
Some companies that sell homeowners and auto coverage may reduce their premium if two or more policies are purchased from them. When buying a home, consider how much insuring it will cost. Insurers may offer a discount if the house is new. The land under the house isn't at risk from theft, windstorm, fire and other perils covered in a homeowners policy. Beef up home security
Some insurance companies offer discounts for smoke detectors, burglar and fire alarm systems, or dead-bolt locks. Policies should cover any major purchases or additions to the contents of the home.

Insurance Business

Unfortunately, insurance companies are driven by profits, not people (albeit they need people to make profits). The majority of people, who buy their own health insurance, rely heavily on the insurance agent selling the policy to explain the plan's coverage and benefits. This being the case, many individuals who purchase their own health insurance plan can tell you very little about their plan, other than, what they pay in premiums and how much they have to pay to satisfy their deductible.

For many consumers, purchasing a health insurance policy on their own can be an enormous undertaking. Do 100% health plans offer the policy holder greater peace of mind? In my professional opinion, when you purchase a health insurance plan, you must achieve a balance between four important variables; wants, needs, risk and price. Wouldn't the 80/20 plan still offer you adequate coverage? Isn't it wiser to keep your hard-earned money rather than pay higher premiums to an insurance company?

In my experience, I believe that individuals who purchase their health plan based on wants rather than needs feel the most defrauded or "ripped-off" by their insurance company and/or insurance agent. So what do you think happens almost 100% of the time when I ask these individuals "BASIC" questions about their health insurance policy? The following is a list of 10 questions that I frequently ask a prospective health insurance client. What Insurance Company are you insured with and what is the name of your health insurance plan? (e.g. A good plan with 80/20 coverage means you pay 20% of some dollar amount. What is the Lifetime maximum benefit the insurance company will pay if you become seriously ill and does your plan have any "per illness" maximums or caps? (e.g. Some plans offer you prescription benefits right away, other plans require that you pay a separate drug deductible before you can receive prescription medication for a co-pay. Does your plan have any reduction in benefits for organ transplants and if so, what is the maximum your plan will pay if you need an organ transplant? This fee is in addition to your plan deductible. Access fees are additional fees that you pay per treatment. It may just mean that you dealt with a "bad" insurance agent. So how could you tell if you dealt with a "bad" insurance agent? Because a "great" insurance agent would have taken the time to help you really understand your insurance benefits. A "great" agent spends time asking YOU questions so s/he can understand your insurance needs. A "great" agent recommends health plans based on all four variables; wants, needs, risk and price. Easy, if you were able to answer all 10 questions without looking at your health insurance policy, you have a "great" agent. Insurance agents are no different than any other professional. Remember, your health insurance purchase is just as important as purchasing a house or a car, if not more important. So ask yourself, "Is this a company that I would trust to pay my health insurance claims?

Additionally, find out if your agent is a "captive" agent or an insurance "broker." "Captive" agents can only offer ONE insurance company's products." Independent" agents or insurance "brokers" can offer you a variety of different insurance plans from many different insurance companies. A "captive" agent may recommend a health plan that doesn't exactly meet your needs because that is the only plan s/he can sell. An "independent" agent or insurance "broker" can usually offer you a variety of different insurance products from many quality carriers and can often customize a plan to meet your specific insurance needs and budget.

I am a firm believer that a health insurance purchase requires the level of expertise and personal attention that only an insurance professional can provide. Lastly, if you have any concerns about an insurance company, contact your state's Department of Insurance BEFORE you buy your policy. Your state's Department of Insurance can tell you if the insurance company is registered in your state and can also tell you if there have been any complaints against that company that have been filed by policy holders.

Lose Car Insurance

Many buyers of car insurance lose hundreds, and perhaps thousands, of dollars due to over-spending on costly insurance premiums. When researching car insurance, the first thing you will need to first consider is what all your insurance policy should cover. A car insurance policy comes with a number of parts, which include big things like litigation cost coverage in case you are involved in an accident. You should always proceed with caution about the premium rates being quoted by an insurance agent. First, you can bite the bullet and pay the higher rates.

What Should You Do If You Lose Your Health Insurance?

You can lose your health insurance because of a job layoff, early retirement or your employer can decide to drop health benefits. You might take it lightly but losing health insurance means not qualifying for Medicaid or Medicare.

What should you do if you lose your health insurance? With all this said, health insurance is important and if you have lost yours, work towards getting one for you and your family.

Many organizations that have absolutely nothing to do with insurance offer their members a low-cost group health plan. If so - join!

If you're serious about saving money on your health insurance then you'll have to get serious about quitting tobacco products.

Weight is another factor in how much you are going to pay for your health insurance. If you can afford a larger deductible you'll save money month after month.

Losing Money in Your Car Insurance

Do investigate this further with your car insurance company.
Again where you actually live can make a huge difference in the amount you are being charged for your car insurance. Most people never take car insurance into consideration when they are moving and yet they should. The right territory can save you a lot of money on your car insurance premiums.

If you happened to have caused the accident then your policy will have to cover your damages and their damages. Hopefully during the time of the accident no one got hurt. If everyone was lucky, they were able to walk away from the accident with all the auto insurance information needed for all involved. This is when the auto insurance and claims adjusters will come in and take care of the reported damages, and all the parties with other auto insurance companies, if needed.
The next time you may not be so lucky.

Basic of Life Insurance

What is Life Insurance
As part of the agreement with life insurance, your insurance policy will be a monetary value, that you will in return, pay a monthly premium for. Do I Need Life Insurance
What Are My Life Insurance Options
Term Life Insurance
Whole Life Insurance
This type of life insurance is similar to term life insurance, as well as provides cash value. Universal Life Insurance
This type of life insurance is a flexible kind of plan. Universal life insurance stays in effect as long as your cash value can cover the costs of the policy. Variable Life Insurance
This type of life insurance is designed for people who want to tie the performance of their life insurance policy to that of the financial market. As with whole life insurance and universal life insurance, you may withdraw against the cash value. Be reminded that withdrawals of this life insurance policy will be deducted from the cash value.
How Can I Save Money With Life Insurance
1) If you don't need life insurance, don't buy it. 2) Shop around for competitively-priced life insurance policies while you are healthy. 3) If you purchase a term life insurance policy, look for guaranteed and renewable policies. 4) Shop around and compare life insurance policy rates and coverage. There are thousands of life insurance companies to choose from.
Income replacement is the No. 1 reason people buy life insurance.
Policies are available from hundreds of life insurance companies in the United States. Here's an orderly way to go about shopping for life insurance:
1) Assess your needed life insurance amount..
2) Look at ways to get the best possible life insurance rate.
Life insurance is a long-term proposition, so you should pay particular attention, at time of purchase and throughout the life of the policy, to the financial stability ratings of your life insurance company. Assessing your life insurance needs
The first step in life insurance planning is to analyze your life insurance needs - meaning the economic needs of dependents left behind. Because life insurance needs change over time, your life insurance amount should be reevaluated periodically. If the purpose of buying life insurance is to pay estate taxes, then you'll need permanent life insurance, which is in-force as long as you live and pay premiums.
Policy choices
Term life insurance, which provides only death protection without any side funds or "cash values" (offering the least expensive cost per $1,000 of death coverage purchased).

Term life insurance
The simplest of all life insurance to understand and the cheapest to buy: Term life insurance provides death benefit protection without any savings, investment or "cash value" components for the term of the coverage period.
Term life insurance is available for set periods of time such as 10, 15, 25 or 30 years. With "annual renewable term life," your policy automatically renews each year and premiums increase as you get older. Also available is "decreasing term insurance," where premiums remain level but your death benefit declines over time. Term life insurance is a popular choice because of the long rate-guarantee periods and because of the ability to get a low cost life insurance policy. Other policy provisions that drive the popularity of term life insurance are guaranteed renewal and guaranteed convertibility.
This feature may be of use in the future if you decide you want cash value life insurance.
If you'd like term insurance to cover you for a certain period of time but you're confident you'll outlive the policy, consider a "return of premium" (ROP) term life insurance policy. Term life insurance is widely available on the Internet, from direct-to-consumer life insurance companies and from insurance agents and brokers.
Cash value life insurance
If you want more than a death benefit from your life insurance policy and like the idea of a long-term savings account (not insured by any federal agency) or stock market investment, you might consider cash value life insurance such as whole life, universal life or variable life. Cash value life insurance illustrations are divided into two major sections: guaranteed values and projected or "illustrated, non-guaranteed" amounts. Whole life insurance
Ordinary whole life insurance offers "permanent protection" with a cash value account that grows over time. Whole life provides a level death benefit and level premiums throughout your life and for as long as you continue to pay the premiums. If you have a traditional whole life policy, your beneficiaries receive only the death benefit no matter how much cash value you've built up.
Death benefit plus cash value
Death benefit plus return of premium
Whole life policies can be issued as "participating" or "nonparticipating." Nonparticipating whole life insurance offers no dividends.
Buyers of whole life insurance like the certainty of fixed premiums with a known death benefit for life. Universal life insurance
This kind of policy offers greater flexibility than whole or term life. Some new universal life policies perform like term life insurance: They can be configured at the time of purchase to provide both level death benefits and level premiums that are guaranteed for life as long as you pay the scheduled premium.
Variable life insurance
Some variable life policies will guarantee a minimum death benefit.
Other permanent life insurance considerations
Your policy illustration will show you how long it may take for your whole life policy to be "paid up."
Riders add benefits
You can add riders to your life insurance policy that guard against a number of unpleasant situations.

How life insurance is priced
Your life insurance rate is based on your life expectancy, the face amount you request and the length of the policy, whether it's the duration of your life (whole life) or a specific period (term life). Obtaining a low cost life insurance policy depends, in large part, on your current and past health.
The life insurance buying process
  • Simplified issue life insurance can be purchased after answering only a few medical questions.
The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) recommends consulting an insurance agent.

Inflation Impact

Inflation has a positive impact and negative effects, depending on whether or not inflation worse. If inflation is mild, it has a positive influence in terms of stimulating the economy could be better, ie increasing the national income and get people excited to work, save and make investments. Conversely, in times of severe inflation, which in the event of uncontrolled inflation (hyperinflation), the situation became chaotic and the economy experienced sluggish economy. People are not excited about working, saving, or hold investments and production due to rapidly rising prices. The fixed income earners such as civil servants or private employees and workers will be overwhelmed and the balance to bear, so the price of their lives became increasingly fell and fell from time to time.

For people who have fixed income, inflation is very harmful. We take the example of a retired civil servant in 1990. In 1990, pension sufficient to meet the needs of life, but in the year 2003, or thirteen years later, the purchasing power of money may be only a half. This means that pension is no longer sufficient to meet the needs of life. Conversely, people who rely on income based benefits, such as businessmen, not impaired by the existence of inflation. So it is with employees who work in companies with salaries following the inflation rate.

Inflation also causes people reluctant to save because of the currency goes down. Indeed, savings earn interest, but if the inflation rate on the interest, the value of money is still declining. When people are reluctant to saving, investment and would be difficult to develop. Because, to grow the business needs of the bank funds obtained from public savings.
For people who borrow money to the bank (debtor), inflation beneficial, because at the time of debt payments to creditors, the value of money is lower than at the time of borrowing. Instead, creditors or parties who lend money will incur a loss because the value of money returns lower than at the time of borrowing.

For producers, inflation can be beneficial if the income is higher than the increase of production costs. When this happens, producers will be forced to double its production (usually happens in big business). However, when inflation led to rising production costs in the end harm producers, the producers are reluctant to continue production. Producers could cut production for a while. In fact, if not able to keep pace with inflation, the producer of business may be bankrupt (usually occurs in small businesses).

In general, inflation can result in reduced investment in the country, encouraging higher interest rates, encouraging investment is speculative, the failure of development, economic instability, balance of payments deficits, and deterioration of living and welfare.

Inflation

Inflation can be defined as the tendency of rising prices of goods and services generally held constant due to unequal flow of goods and the flow of money.

From this we can see the condition of a country that is experiencing inflation, namely:

  1. Prices of goods in general will rise continuously
  2. The money supply exceeds demand
  3. Value for money has decreased

In economics, inflation is a process of rising prices in general and continuous associated with the market mechanism can be caused by various factors, among others, increased consumption or a lack launch distribution of goods. In other words, inflation is also a process of decline in currency values on a continuous basis.

Inflation is the process of an event, not the high-low price level. That is, the higher price is not necessarily considered to indicate inflation. Inflation is considered occurs when the price increase took place continuously and mutually interact. The term inflation is also used to mean increased supply of money in what is sometimes seen as a cause of rising prices. There are many ways to measure the rate of inflation, the two most commonly used is the CPI and the GDP deflator.

Inflation can be classified into three groups, namely inflation mild, moderate, severe, and hyperinflation. Mild inflation occurs when prices are below the 10% a year; inflation was between 10% -30% a year; weight between 30% -100% a year; and hyperinflation or uncontrolled inflation occurs when prices rise above 100% a year.

Advice Family Finance

In the language of the family finances, "time is money". If you postpone financial decisions that must be taken then it can damage you but if you do it early, it can give welfare. Is that it? All decisions in your hands.

Ric Edelman, a reliable financial planner from the United States, mentioned in his book titled The Truth about Money, at least there are four major issues that make people fail to create a prosperous life as they expect, namely:

1. Attitude procrastinator;
2. The habit of spending;
3. Inflation continued to increase; and ...
4. Taxes

The first two things mentioned Edelman is more a matter of personal / private, while two other things can be said as a matter of "social". Or can also be said that the first two barriers are factors "internal", while the other two are "external".

Factor "internal" must be addressed and resolved at the personal level. Attitude procrastinator financial planning is the main factor not achieved prosperous life in the future. Financial planning to postpone the costs of preparing the children's education, for example, can have a bad impact when viewed in the long run. As a result, the children who we love just might lose the opportunity to enjoy the learning process in the institutions of good quality due to limited funds. In terms of preparation as well as pension funds. Those who did not prepare well in advance - ideally within the period 30-40 years before retirement is - may be troubling the other party (whether family or government) in the future.

In contrast to the factors "internal" which is more of a personal responsibility, factors “external” related to social and economic conditions of a country? Not many people can affect the rate of inflation and dealt with the issue of taxation in a country. This is influenced by many factors poleksosbudhankam very complex which can even exceed the ability of a government because of the relationships in scale until the international regional-global. Which might be performed by individuals in overcoming this is to anticipate the various possibilities that will come up with interesting lessons from past history. This means that, although inflation and taxes we can not control, but we still can determine the personal attitudes toward these things.

Expensive costs to be paid!
Time is the biggest factor in determining the value of money. You name it, you save Rp10 million at 8 percent per annum / net. Within one year of course you would expect the value of your investment will be greater than or worth Rp10 million grew into Rp10.800.000. If you save it under a pillow, then the value of Rp 10 million will still be worth Rp10 million a year. In fact, probably less because of inflation.

The most important findings in the financial history is compound interest (compound interest). The principle of compound interest is, the interest generated from investments will be added back to the initial investment and interest back. So the results you get in the years to come not only from the initial investment you place but also from interest earned for the money invested.

Let's look at the actual calculations. Like the example above, if you're saving for Rp 10 million at 8 percent per annum / net. One year to the next value grow Rp10.800.000. You continue to invest. Once the second year running, then you will get another 8 per cent profit, but not from the value of Rp 10 million but the value of Rp10, 800,000 or at the end of the second year you will investment  values increase to Rp11, 664.000. The longer the investment period the value of your investment will also increase in line with interest rate calculations.

Whatever rate you get from investments made, the time will provide the level of extraordinary returns. But with interest rates higher by one point only, the value of which may be obtained profit would be much increased.

25-year-old Turiji, Yudi 35 years, and Efriyaldi 45 years. For their retirement is 55 years old. See the development of investment they do every month a number of Rp1 million with an interest rate of 8 percent. In real life, the tax impact and reduce the amount of benefit that you can get.

It was clear from the table above; the price to be paid due to delay is very expensive habit. If you delay 10 years (your current age 25), with an investment value of Rp 100 million and the assumption of 6 percent interest, at the age of 55 years, you only get funds around Rp320 million. If not you can get a delay of about Rp574 million.
